Job Description

We are looking for several proactive Manufacturing Engineers to join our engineering team at Applied Medical. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and assisting manufacturing processes throughout all phases of development projects, as well as troubleshooting processes and equipment. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work together with all levels of product/project support teams and provide support to various manufacturing teams.


Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Process Engineer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, design, develop, qualify and implement new products, materials, manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Perform sustaining and lead troubleshooting effort of finished devices and their respective components
  • Perform root cause analysis, propose and implement corrections and corrective/preventative actions
  • Develop, qualify, implement, and update engineering documents such as manufacturing/quality instructions, drawings and test methods
  • Write protocols and reports, conduct various tests, collect and analyze data and trends
  • Provide technical support to customers


  • Engineering degree (HBO/HTS/BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with MS office
  • Experience in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft’s Visio and Project software is preferred
