Job Description

We are searching for the person who can help bringing the Order Management team to the next level in a fast-growing company. You will be responsible for helping the Customer Service Manager position the team for success and making sure the Order Management team is processing the orders correctly in a timely and effective manner and according to company Service Level Agreements (SLA).


You are based at our headquarters in Amersfoort and you report to the Customer Service Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define team goals in order to meet the departmental goals and execute the necessary steps to achieve these goals
  • Guide team members in their personal and career development
  • Personnel planning such as onboarding and succession planning
  • Assign work areas and set priorities in for example tasks, responsibilities, projects
  • Monitor the achievement of goals and team member performance
  • Create, monitor, analyze and report statistical information regarding KPIs and suggest improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.


  • Bachelor’s degree level
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Work experience in an international environment
  • Strong affinity with Customer Service
  • Strong organizational and coaching skills
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and another European
  • Good knowledge of MS office especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
