Job Description

If you are searching for a place where you can use your excellent organizational and communication skills, consider putting your experience in motion at Applied Medical. For our learning team, we are looking for a Senior Medical Sales Trainer who works collaboratively with others to achieve group and business goals. As the Senior Medical Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for organizing, presenting, facilitating, and coordinating existing sales courses for our European sales team in order to enhance their knowledge and skills.
You are based at the European office in Amersfoort and you report to the Manager Learning Facilitation.

 

Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Learning Facilitator Field.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and deliver various trainings/sales courses
  • Organize, develop and apply appropriate training delivery methods and improve learning styles
  • Mentor and support co-facilitators
  • Assess and evaluate training solutions
  • Identify further training and development needs
  • Assess training needs in alignment with new product launches, upgrades an overall strategy
  • Safeguard the quality and monitor the progress of the participants during trainings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree level
  • 5 + years of experience, in (surgical) medical sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an international environment is preferred
