Job Description

With your communicative personality and problem-solving skills, you enjoy providing a high level of service to our internal and external customers. Together with the Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for our Italian speaking customers and you ensure excellent support is provided by answering calls, e-mails, solving queries and preparing agreements in an accurate and timely manner. As a Customer Relations Representative you help drive continuous improvement regarding the customer experience for our customers in Europe, whilst liaising with the local sales teams to deliver best-in-class service.

 

Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Three teams; Order Management, Customer Relations and Field Support, work together to support our customers throughout Europe. You’ll join a culture fueled by collaboration, innovation, and openness, driven by our mission to make a positive, meaningful difference.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle questions from internal and external customers on the phone and via email during office hours
  • Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
  • Place returns and arrange pick ups with couriers
  • Interpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teams
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actions
  • Participate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Polish and/or French
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to work in a structured manner and adhere to deadlines
