Job Description

Would you like to be part of the exciting developments and expansions at Applied Medical? Our Facilities team provides their support and advise to various internal departments on design and layout of current and future offices and manufacturing areas in Applied Medical buildings. Your coordination experience in facilities design and overall building layout together with associated drawings enables you to provide excellent advice on layout possibilities. You will be responsible for creating/changing building plans with stakeholders and tailors these drawings to their requests. In addition, you identify the organization's needs and improvement potential and act upon this proactively.


You will report to the Facility Manager within Applied Medical.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Facility design procedures similar to our U.S. counterpart
  • Interact with internal stakeholders regarding current layout and future planning
  • Continuous revision of technical documentation such as Electrical Schematics & Mechanical drawings
  • Coordinate and update record drawings in AutoCAD
  • Develop and maintain records of current and future company buildings
  • Document Applied Medicals standards of all buildings to guarantee overall similar look and feel
  • Life cycle management of used materials in buildings
  • Understand and comply with safety regulations and company policies


  • MBO level 4+ , Vocational level
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar function
  • AutoCAD experience is required
  • Ability to use Photoshop, Revit and Solibri
  • Excellent level of English and Dutch, both spoken and written
