Job Description

If you are searching for a place where you can use your excellent communication and administrative skills, consider putting your experience in motion at Applied Medical, as we are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our Procurement Team. In this role, you are responsible with for supporting the management of the lease cars for our European team according to the company policies and legislative requirements. Your detail-oriented mindset will ensure you to execute the administrative process related to fleet management, and your collaborative approach will help you supporting team members with any queries regarding cars they might have. 

 

You will be located at our European Headquarters in Amersfoort, The Netherlands and you will report to the Manager Procurement. You work closely with Field team Members as well as with the accounting and payroll departments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare rental and lease cars orders (including fuel cards) according to the lease car processes and policies
  • Manage lease agreements with local lease companies
  • Assure all cars are insured and handle car related claims with the insurance companies
  • Maintain the fleet management system and provide management reports
  • Execute internal controls around fleet management
  • Meet the regulatory, tax, compliance and reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for all fleet related obligations
  • Support the Fleet Manager within daily tasks and projects

Requirements

  • MBO degree level
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative position 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch 
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Work experience with an ERP system, SAP is preferred
