Job Description

As IT Project Manager you maintain a helicopter view on all relevant projects and incorporate these with daily IT needs for various departments. Part of your responsibilities will be to facilitate project communication and manage the acceptance of project results and deliverables. As we grow our business worldwide, we have the opportunity for you to be a part of this growth. Working closely with multiple teams throughout the organization as well as with our IT team based at our US headquarters is just a glance of the journey that lies ahead for you.

 

You report to the IT Service Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a good understanding of Applied Medical’s Quality Systems and how they comply with our safety rules and company policies
  • Daily end-2-end management of assigned projects
  • Manage risks and contingencies in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Present project updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain good stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in IT or Business Administration
  • 3+ years relevant working experience
  • Prince II certified or similar certification in a Project Management tool
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile and other Project Management methodologies is a must
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems including ISO/CE marking is a plus
  • Experience with Medical Devices/ manufacturing or regulatory is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and utilizing resources
  • Broad knowledge of IT technologies and IT terminology
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional language skills can be beneficial
