Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our team as a Branding and Congress Associate. With your communication and organizational skills, you are primarily responsible of supporting the coordination of all administrative aspects related to national and international congresses, as well as our initiatives to provide clinicians (e.g. surgeons and surgical residents) with hands-on training opportunities.
You are based at the European Head office in Amersfoort and you report to the Manager Field Operations.

Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Field Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate educational courses for surgeons and/or surgical residents
  • Support and coordinate logistical and branding aspects of national and international congresses
  • Coordinate logistics for courses and congresses and support with product collection and packing when needed
  • Coordinate with Finance to process, track and monitor payments for workshops and congresses
  • Help maintain the inventory to support field operations activities and assist with equipment maintenance (lap trainers, simulator, reusable materials, non-sterile samples, product displays, graphics, congress materials etc.)
  • Assist with lab set-up and help prepare tissue models for in-house courses


  • Bachelor’s degree level
  • 1 + years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of other European languages is preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally including weekends
