As an Intern Human Resources at Applied Medical, you become part of the Personnel Relations Team. This team is responsible for the complete employment life cycle of all Applied Medical team members as well as the total organization by providing policies, tools, training and advice on a wide range of employment matters.

 

As an Intern Human Resources you will work in close cooperation with different departments. 

You will report to the Team Leader Personnel Relations.

 

Within Applied Medical this position is called Intern Personnel Relations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on Personnel data and topics
  • Work on small projects independently, medium and bigger projects in cooperation with experienced Personnel Relations Managers (PRM)
  • Support in maintaining and implementing personnel policies and contract agreements conform the company’s standards and local law and legislation
  • Support and assist PRM with advising managers with creating an effective organization structure, including position descriptions
  • Support and assist PRM with advising managers with performance improvement plans and dealing with difficult situations with team members
  • Assist in the facilitation and communication of various development and team member support programs, including engagement surveys, performance management, goal setting, learning and growth, Works Councils and other ongoing programs

Requirements

  • Registered at bachelor/ master program in HR (HBO+)
  • Work or internship experience in an international environment is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and any other relevant European language
  • Available between 32-40 hours per week
