Job Description

Are you a talented sourcer wizard, with a curious heart and ready for a new challenge? As a Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for creating different strategies to attract the most suitable candidates using various social media platforms. Your focus will be on finding and attracting potential suitable candidates to join our expanding European organization. You are a Booleans master, who can source candidates on the European job market, from the Spanish job market to the German one, and continuously exploring new platforms and markets. In addition, you will build talent pipelines and relationships with the potential sourced candidates.

 

You will be part of our Recruitment team within the Personnel Department and you will be based at our headquarters in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. You will report to the Manager Recruitment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Target, identify, engage, and nurture candidate pipelines to anticipate business needs
  • Effectively and timely source and attract candidates using different tools (social media platforms, job boards etc.) and Boolean strings
  • Build and keep relationships with sourced candidates
  • Perform market mapping
  • Professional follow-up with sourced candidates
  • Maintain and update the candidate data in the recruitment ATS
  • Continuously explore new recruiting sources, job boards, Boolean strings, and forums

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree level, or equivalent working experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment sourcing
  • Proficient with various recruitment platforms
  • Proficient with using Boolean strings
  • Experience with an ATS system is required
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of Dutch or another European languages is preferred
  • Knowledge of the European job market is preferred
  • Work experience in an international environment is preferred
