Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Development Operations Analyst to join our Clinical Development Team. You will support the development, improvement and standardization of processes related to Clinical Development. In addition, you will assist in supporting various processes and department wide projects and administrative tasks.


You will be based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort and you will report to the Associate Clinical Development Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gain and understand the processes within the Clinical Development department
  • Support process improvement initiatives to assist the team members from Clinical Development team
  • Aid in the facilitation of post-process implementation feedback and assist with the implementation of updates for existing processes
  • Assist in the creation and development of new processes in response to Clinical Development needs
  • Assist in facilitating the standardization of practices within Clinical Development
  • Support the Clinical Development team with updating and routing of product support material for approval
  • Support the Clinical Development Operations team with the organization of wide projects


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree level
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a team environment but also independently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows based computer applications
  • Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple European languages is preferred
