Job Description

We are looking for a IT Technician with strong trouble shooting skills to join our IT support team at our European Headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). In this role you will primarily be responsible for the technical support (PC, software, telecom) and the required administration for our team members in Europe. In addition, you will work closely together with the internal ServiceDesk and Network Support team in the US and you will report to the IT Service Manager.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support for Applied Medical team members in Europe
  • Maintain asset and ticket administration
  • Provide technical PC, software, and telecom support
  • Deploy, maintain, and support company desktop computers, laptops, (mobile) telephones and other network attached devices
  • Perform printer maintenance and user account management
  • Provide user training
  • Develop and maintain manuals and documentation

Requirements

  • MBO education level, preferably in IT
  • 1 + year working experience in an IT Support role
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with mobile device support and platforms such as IOS and Android
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Outlook, MS- Teams and Azure
  • Strong knowledge in ITIL processes
  • An MCP or equivalent Certification is preferred
