Job Description

We believe that learning is a lifelong endeavor. As Senior Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for organizing, presenting, facilitating, and coordinating existing  sales courses for our European sales team, to enhance their knowledge and skills. In addition, you will cooperate closely with our sales team, local senior leadership, and various stakeholders to further develop and create new training programs depending on the need from the organization. It also includes keeping in close contact with our internal Applied Learning Sales team in the US.

 

 

You will be part of the Applied Learning Team, located at our European Headquarter in Amersfoort and report to the Manager Learning Facilitation.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively present and deliver various trainings/sales courses
  • Effectively organize, develop and apply appropriate training delivery methods and improve learning styles
  • Mentor and support co-facilitators
  • Assess and evaluate training solutions
  • Cooperate with various sales teams to validate courses and identify further training and development needs
  • Assess training needs in alignment with new product launches, upgrades an overall strategy
  • Safeguard the quality and monitor the progress of the participants during trainings
  • Collaborate with the Applied Learning Field team in the US to adapt and/or develop new training courses or online courses

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or Education Sciences
  • 5 years of experience in the surgical medical field
  • Experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment, pan-European
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
