Job Description

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Content Creator who can help us craft professional and appealing video footage and pictures to support our unique brand and advance medical instruments. You will produce videos for (live) events and deliver them on multiple channels such as the company's website and YouTube. In addition, you will ensure a consistent brand image and visual language across all communication tools and maintain our internal video and photo assets.

Part of the job is travelling to different locations in Europe. You will cooperate with various internal departments in the U.S. and Europe, such as Clinical Development and Sales. The position is based at our European head office in Amersfoort (NL) and you will report to the Associate Graphic Designer Manager.

 

Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Multimedia Editor.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a photographer in order to maintain a high standard structure of our extensive video and photo library
  • Setup photoshoot schedules, facilitate styling, recruiting volunteers and handle the all preparation for the shoots
  • Setup and operate audio and video equipment for multiple events
  • Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders for trade show needs and symposiums
  • Ensure consistent brand image, and visual language across all communication tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's education level
  • 3 + years of experience in the multimedia field
  • Proficiency with PC/MAC platform and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in creating and managing scripts, video shoots, and overall video production, from start to finish
  • Experience with Premiere, Audition, and After Effects is preferred
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Availability to travel frequently (~10% - 30%), including occasional evenings and weekends
