We are looking for a ServiceDesk Technician with strong trouble shooting skills to join our IT support team at our European Headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). In this role you will primarily be responsible for the technical support (PC, software, telecom) and the required administration for our team members in Europe. In addition, you will work closely together with the internal ServiceDesk and Network Support team in the US and you will report to the IT Service Manager.
