Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented Administrator with superb follow-up skills? Consider this new role within our Applied Learning team. In this role you will be responsible for an effective and accurate processing and use of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning related software applications. You will primarily support all system users within our European organization. This means that you will work closely with the internal Learning Management System Specialist, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems teams. In addition, you will cooperate with the Applied Learning team at our US headquarters (California).

 

You will be part of the Applied Learning team report to Manager Applied Learning.

 

Within Applied Medical this position has the internal job title of Learning System and Software Administrator.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with administrative and technical aspects of LMS
  • Deploy and report on learning content through the system
  • Support learning facilitators with the training programs and course deployments
  • Support leaders with Quality Systems/LMS changes including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) modules
  • Carry out changes on existing modules requested through SAP
  • Collaborate and interact with internal stakeholders and vendors in a positive and cooperative way
  • Respond to end-user and provide technical support by email/phone
  • Organize course metadata to improve visibility and searchability of the learning content

Requirements

  • MBO+ education level
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience, preferably within Customer Service and/or Administration
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in Dutch is preferred
  • Open to work flexible hours as regular contact with the US team is required (9 hours’ time difference)
