Combine your strong sales management experience and passion for healthcare as Regional Sales Manager Wallonia (including Brussel region and Luxembourg) at Applied Medical. In this exciting field position, you will manage a team of four Territory Managers and co-travel with them from your home to surgeons in various hospitals and clinics throughout the region. The focus will be on leading and coaching the team and supporting them in developing sales in the region. With your excellent management capacities, you will give the necessary coaching, training, and guidance to the team. Moreover, you will analyze business trends, identify, and prioritize opportunities as well as formulate sales strategies to achieve sales numbers. In addition, you will engage with all executive-level customers in clinical and procurement environments.
You will report to the Sales Manager in Belgium.
