We are looking for a Customer Excellence Manager who translates business needs into solutions. You have a proven track record in bringing the business and office together and lead them to the best customer outcomes. You will guide the Customer Service and Master Data Managers to optimize all their internal and external processes. Moreover, you will monitor the balance between the administrative requirements and the commercial needs. You have the ability to understand the customer needs through regular contact and feedback, and you take actions to meet or exceed customer expectations as well.
You are based at our European Head Office in Amersfoort and you report to the Senior Director Value Chain.
