Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Excellence Manager who translates business needs into solutions. You have a proven track record in bringing the business and office together and lead them to the best customer outcomes. You will guide the Customer Service and Master Data Managers to optimize all their internal and external processes. Moreover, you will monitor the balance between the administrative requirements and the commercial needs. You have the ability to understand the customer needs through regular contact and feedback, and you take actions to meet or exceed customer expectations as well.
You are based at our European Head Office in Amersfoort and you report to the Senior Director Value Chain.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with the business and translate commercial needs into Customer Service solutions
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager and Master Data Manager to define the long-term strategies
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Sustain an environment where team members can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Ensure the maintenance of SOPs and make suggestions to improve the SOPs and the work instructions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree education level
  • 7 + years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Work experience in an international environment
  • Strong affinity with operations
  • Strong analytical and service minded skills
  • Flexible and able to multi-task
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
