For our Business Analysis team, we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support the European organization in collecting and analyzing financial performance for our European headquarters and all European countries. You coordinate the expense plan and forecast processes, perform analysis and provide reports and metrics focusing on financial data.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you are based in Amersfoort and you report to the Manager Business Analysis. You work closely with the finance, field implementation, and personnel departments.

Key Responsabilities

• Prepare monthly variance reports (Sales, Margins, OPEX)
• Review and present quarterly variance reports with department managers and senior managers
• Coordinate gathering of financial data across the organization and help managers understand the numbers
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results against plan and forecast
• Validate and approve the calculation of customer administration fees and GPO agreements, and calculate accruals as part of the month-end close.
• Act both as an advisor and sparring partner for business managers
• Assist in training and mentoring of team members
• Act as a backup for the Manager Business Analysis
• Work on special projects assigned by management

• Bachelor's degree or higher within the area of Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
• Ability to structure and organize effectively and deliver to deadlines
• Advanced technical skills with Excel, ERP (SAP preferred), SAP BPC
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
