We believe learning is a lifelong endeavor. In this position, you serve the learning needs of the company with an emphasis on the Applied Medical culture and leadership related topics. You will be responsible for the facilitation of existing learning programs as well as the review and development of existing and new (virtual) classroom and/ or e-learning courses. You identify learning objectives, define and analyze the favorable learning outcomes and help to develop the appropriate solutions in terms of content as well as the format.
You are part of the Applied Learning team and are based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands and work closely with leadership in Amersfoort and the Applied Learning team in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. You report to the Manager Learning Facilitation.
